Buildings, floors, the room stock, and the back-of-house spaces a floor plan forgets. Every task the hotel raises later hangs off one of them.
02 · Turn standards into checklists
Students write how a department should work, then turn that into a checklist with its own items and its own schedule.
03 · Build the guest storefront
The services page a hotel sells from — upgrades, spa, tours, transfers — and the page a guest lands on when they follow the link.
04 · Set up the team
Departments, roles, and what each person is allowed to open — module by module, the way a real property limits who sees what.
05 · Set up the AI concierge
The replies a guest gets on their own, and the point at which a question stops being automatic and goes to a person.

Most hotel software arrives in a classroom as video lessons and a slide deck. Here the student opens the product itself and builds a property in it from nothing.
A student who has set up a hotel in the system can walk into one and start. A student who has watched a video about it is still on their first day.
Not a teaching copy that drifts a version behind the product. It is the same build a hotel opened this morning.
The group works in its own space. Nothing a student does reaches a hotel that has guests in it tonight.

A training centre pays nothing for this, and neither do the students on the course. Each group gets a workspace of its own.

Do students work in a demo or in the real product?
The real product. They open the same screens a hotel opens, on the version running that day.
Can students see data from a real hotel?
No. Each group works in a workspace of its own, and training data is not connected to any hotel running on Treema.
Does the centre need a PMS to teach on Treema?
No. Treema runs without one. The work students practise — locations, checklists, the storefront, roles, guest replies — does not depend on a booking system being connected.
How does a training centre get started?
Write to us — the button opens your own mail app with the subject already filled in. Tell us the name of the centre, the course, and roughly how many students are in a group, and we open one workspace per group.
