Treema HQ · How to request deletion of your account and the data held with it

You have the right to request deletion of your Treema HQ account and all associated data.

⚠ This action cannot be undone.

1. How to request deletion

1.2 The request must be sent from the email address associated with the account you want to delete. Requests sent from any other email address cannot be processed.

1.3 Include in your email:

your full name;
the message “I request to delete my Treema HQ account”.

2. What happens next

2.1 We will review and process your request within 7 business days.

2.2 You will receive a reply to the same email address once the deletion is completed.

3. What will be deleted

account profile and all personal data;
messages and files;
booking history;
usage data, after 90 days.

4. What is retained

4.1 Note: tax records required by UAE law will be retained.
